Jocelyn de Heer studied medicine in Hamburg and worked at the LMU Munich from 2001-2003 and from 2008-2015, in between she was at the University of Copenhagen for a research stay. She has been working at the UKE in Hamburg since 2016 and as a senior physician in interdisciplinary endoscopy since 2018.
